Returns and Refunds

In the event of a damaged/defective item, the Wholesaler will provide a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to return the item. Items with damages or defects must be reported to the Wholesaler within 7 days of delivery.

 

In the event of a Buyer’s Remorse return, the shipping and handling fees will be paid by the Retailer. Returns due to Buyer’s Remorse must be reported to the Wholesaler within 30 days of delivery. Buyer’s Remorse returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

All returns require a Return Authorization Number from the Wholesaler prior to return of merchandise. The Wholesaler warehouse will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number and all unauthorized returns will be shipped back at the shipper’s expense. Items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and boxes, and in an unused, unassembled condition.

 

Upon receipt of the return, the items will be inspected, and refunded minus any applicable shipping costs, handling fees and restocking fees. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 days following the receipt of the returned items for the refund to display on your credit card statement. 

 

Responsibility: Wholesaler is in no way responsible or liable for the success of the Retailer’s website, the accuracy, or legality of its content and operation. Further, the Retailer has independently evaluated the desirability of participating in the Wholesaler’s Drop Ship Program and is not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than set forth in this agreement. Wholesalers will not be responsible for any chargebacks, frauds, and disputes between the Retailer and its customers.
